1. About the service

AuditMy.co.uk provides automated website audit reports and ongoing monitoring services for UK businesses. Our reports are generated using automated technical checks and AI-assisted analysis.

2. Our services

One-off audits

A one-off audit is a single automated scan of your website at the time of purchase. You will receive a report by email, typically within 60 seconds of payment. The report covers performance, SEO, security headers, SSL certificate, and DNS configuration.

Monitoring subscriptions

A monitoring subscription runs a lightweight weekly re-audit of your website every Monday and emails you a plain-English digest of any changes. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Payments and refunds

• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• One-off audits are non-refundable once the report has been delivered
• If we are unable to audit your website due to a technical issue on our side, we will re-run the audit or issue a full refund at our discretion
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods

4. What our reports cover

Our audits analyse the publicly accessible homepage of your website at the time of the audit. Reports cover:

• Page load performance and speed metrics
• SEO fundamentals (title tags, meta descriptions, headings, alt text)
• HTTP security headers
• SSL/TLS certificate validity
• DNS and email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

5. Limitations of our service

Our reports are automated and generated using technical checks and AI analysis. You should be aware of the following limitations:

• Reports analyse the homepage URL only — not your entire website
• Results reflect the state of your website at the time of the audit
• Our AI-generated recommendations are for guidance only and should be reviewed by a qualified developer before implementation
• We cannot audit websites that require login or that actively block automated requests
• Performance scores may vary depending on server load at the time of the audit
• DKIM detection is limited to common selectors — some enterprise configurations may not be detected

6. Your responsibilities

• You must provide a valid website URL and email address at checkout
• You must ensure you have the right to request an audit of the website URL you provide
• You are responsible for any actions taken based on our recommendations
• You must not use our service to audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit

7. Intellectual property

The audit report delivered to you is for your personal or business use. You may share it with your team or contractors. You may not resell reports or use them as the basis of a competing service.

AuditMy.co.uk retains all intellectual property rights in our software, methodology, and report templates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We provide our service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our service
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service
• We are not responsible for any changes you make to your website based on our recommendations

9. Cancellations

To cancel a monitoring subscription, email reports@auditmy.co.uk. We will cancel your subscription within 24 hours and confirm by email. You will continue to receive monitoring emails until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page shows when terms were last updated. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
